Will Tate is a partner at GoldSpring Consulting, an independent travel management consultancy company.

Will has taught many industry courses both GBTA and ACTE.  He was an adjunct professor of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Houston and of the University of Virginia and has presented on corporate travel management topics worldwide. He was a recurring columnist for Fast Company magazine.   He has served on the advisory boards of the Institute for Business Travel Management, various airlines and hotel chains.  He currently serves on the industry advisory board of Business Travel Media Group, the parent company of Business Travel News, The Beat, etc.

In his consulting role, he has created (and is so noted in the Copyrights) two measuring methods for determining travel management effectiveness and contribution to the organization.

 

Koreen Barbara is the Global Travel Manager at McDonald’s

Koreen is responsible for managing the McDonald’s travel program.  Her key focus is to deliver the right service to all employees and ensure the right technology, solutions and suppliers are available to meet the demands of the modern McDonald’s business traveler. Her career covers more than 20 years in the travel industry gaining experience and insights across the globe working in Australia, London and now Chicago. Her career began in 2001 working as a travel consultant and then making the move to London in 2003 where she spent 10 years in various senior account management roles with TMC and hotel suppliers. She has had much success in managing global and regional travel programs, delivering value, savings, driving change and improving the traveler experience.

 

Meghan Garza is Senior Travel Specialist at William Blair, a financial firm. 

She is responsible for managing the hotel and ground transportation programs.  In recent years, she’s focused heavily on data and analytics, participating in several projects to improve cost savings and refine processes.  She will complete her MBA in Business Analytics later this month.

Meghan worked in meetings and events prior to her transition to travel.  Previously, she also held roles in the journalism and publishing industries.  She is the Chair for Chicago BTA’s Technology Committee. Passionate about community engagement, she sits on the Ambassadors Council of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago.

 

Jillian Cisternino is Lead Travel Services at Kearney

She is a key contact for travel agency services, the online booking tool program and manages the global hotel program for Kearney.  Jillian works closely with internal groups at Kearney to support global travel initiatives including strategic meetings management.  She liaises between Global Travel Team and employees or department stakeholders to promote firm related travel priorities.  Jillian was also the Project Lead for Americas Region during global online booking tool implementation, global travel agency implementation.

 

Laura Kusto is a Senior Director in BCD Hotel Solutions and is the Global Hotel Consulting Practice Lead for Advito and BCD Stay

With a background in consulting that spans two decades, Laura is a dynamic and articulate thought leader focused on bringing innovative, data driven solutions to the forefront of the corporate travel industry. Her team's solutions for hotel programs focus on driving efficiencies, cost savings and technology driven program adoption.
